In this text, we share the 50 companies that achieved the highest increase in profit, and are part of the list of 200 most successful companies.

First on the list is Eco Life DOOEL from Skopje with an increase in profit of as much as 58,386.56%. This company in 2022 was ranked as the 181st on the list of the most successful, and works in the production of wood pellets as one of the newer options for firewood. It is followed by the well-known Makstil AD, also from Skopje, with an increase of 18,297.88%. Makstel is the 12th most successful company in 2022, and works in the ferrous metallurgy business. Third on the list and the 168th most successful company is Superior Dispatch Service DOO from Shtip with an increase of 16,620.06%. The main activity of the company is dispatching services. Right after it is RKM DOO from Skopje whose activity is wholesale of fuels. This company has 12,296.19% increased profit and ranks 37th on the list of the most successful. While the 5th position on this list is taken by the construction company Ako Gradba from Gostivar with a 9,608.38% higher profit, and on the list of the most successful, it is in the 53rd place.
