They opened their doors for the first time in 1999, and today KAM has a network of 80 markets throughout Macedonia, 27 in Kosovo and 27 in Bulgaria. The main philosophy of the company is selling on the principle of hard-discount in order to form the best prices for consumers by ensuring high quality of its products.
The assortment of KAM has been carefully selected and consists of more than 1700 items, including products from its own brands. KAMs pallet has over 600 private brands, which are well known on the market, and are characteristic only for KAM markets. Some of them are: Lalin, Alpiko, Rolleti, Bella Farm, Solis, Le Bon, Gusto, Milord, Sunny, Saluti, Fiesta, Kamko and others, and they can only be found in KAM markets.

The products from each of these brands first go through a high degree of quality control and only then are they released for wide consumption, and they also come from verified origins.
In these brands, KAM Market has included several different products intended for every aspect of domestic consumption. Snacks, nuts, milk and dairy products, wine, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, chocolates, sweets, fish, hygiene and cleaning products, are all part of KAM's shelves where you can also find fresh fruits and vegetables, and also, starting a few years back, fresh bread and pastries from its own bakery in the markets.
