In the pharmaceutical industry, long-term success is built through research, investment, and the ability to recognize future trends in time. Replek is one of the companies that has managed to do just that in the segment of medical cannabis-based products.

According to data from the 200 Largest and Most Successful Companies in Macedonia 2025 edition, Replek is ranked 156th by revenue and 108th by profit before tax. In 2024, the company generated revenue of over 2 billion denars and profit of almost 194 million denars.

In 2026, the company celebrates ten years since the beginning of its own development and production of medical cannabis-based products. Back in 2016, Replek was among the first companies in the region to enter this segment, at a time when the market still showed significant reservations towards such products.

One of the most significant moments in the development of this segment is the realization of the first export of medical cannabis-based products to the markets of the European Union. The entry into these markets is a confirmation of the fulfillment of the high regulatory and qualitative standards required by the European pharmaceutical industry.

Over the past decade, the company has invested in modern technologies for supercritical CO₂ extraction, advanced manufacturing processes, and the development of specialized products, creating a portfolio that includes CBD oils, cosmetic products, and products intended for additional therapy for certain diseases.

An additional step towards transparency is the opening of the first KA Information Center in the country, intended to educate and inform the public about medical cannabis-based products.
