Construction of Lidl Market – Bitola
As part of the expansion of the German retail brand Lidl, a modern, functional, and energy-efficient store was built in Bitola. This project not only provides a contemporary shopping experience but also creates new jobs and supports the local economy.

Rehabilitation of the Farish – Prilep (Pletvar) Road Section
The rehabilitation of this 19 km strategic road section has significantly improved traffic safety and functionality. As part of international corridor 10D, this route is used daily by thousands of vehicles, including heavy trucks. With the project's completion, better transport conditions and safer winter travel have been ensured.

Restoration of the Vardar Riverbed – Tudenec, Tetovo
The restoration and clearing of the Vardar Riverbed in Tudenec has significantly reduced the risk of flooding. Construction debris, waste, and vegetation obstructing the river's flow were removed, enhancing protection for homes and agricultural land in the area.

Landslide Stabilisation – Krushevo – Sladuevo
This terrain stabilisation project involved installing reinforced concrete piles, building a retaining structure, and applying modern engineering techniques to monitor deformations. The intervention improved road safety and prevented further erosion in the area.

Cleaning of the Crna Reka Riverbed
A 9 km section of the Crna Reka riverbed was cleared as part of this project, with over 180,000 m³ of alluvial deposits removed. This activity enhanced the river’s protective embankments and improved hydrological conditions in the region.
