The companies achieved a total of slightly more than 47 billion euros in revenue. Petrol DD from Ljubljana achieved the largest income, in the amount of 7.9 billion euros. From the displayed list, it is noteworthy that most of the companies, i.e. as much as 50%, are located in Ljubljana, and the revenue generated by these companies is as much as 30.8 billion euros, which is more than half of the total revenue generated by all 50 companies.

Second on the list is Holding Slovenske Elektrane DOO for the supply of electricity, gas and steam, with a total revenue of 5.6 billion euros. It is followed by Gen-i Trade and Energy Sales, which is engaged in the same activity and has achieved revenues of 4.4 billion euros. It is a company that is also present on the Macedonian market with its own representative office.

Belectron DOO and Gorenje DOO are in fourth and fifth place on the list, with revenues of 3.2 and 2.3 billion euros. The sixth and seventh places are taken by two pharmaceutical companies with an approximate revenue of about 1.7 billion euros each, i.e. Krka DD and Lek DD.

After them, with 1.5 billion euros is Geoplin LLC, a company for trade and transportation of natural gas. The last two places from the top ten largest companies are taken by Impol DOO, whose activity is in the metal processing industry, and Mercator Poslovni Sistem, which is engaged in retail sales in non-specialized stores. Both companies have achieved revenues of 1.3 billion euros, each.
