For the fifth year in a row, KAM has been declared as a market with best products quality in Macedonia

KAM received the QUDAL certificate for the fifth year in a row as a result of a survey among consumers that the renowned agency from Switzerland conducted in Macedonia.

We receive confirmation of this every day, precisely with their choice of KAM as the place where they can find everything they need, but these surveys with international credibility show us that this value is recognized beyond our borders. As before, so in the future we will continue to find ways to continuously increase the quality of the offer in our markets - says KAM’s management.

During the research, the Swiss agency ICERTIAS asked consumers the following question: "Name the domestic retail chain that, according to your personal experience and opinion, offers the absolute highest level of quality on the Macedonian market." In by far the largest number of responses, as a market with the best quality on the domestic market, KAM is the number 1 choice for consumers in Macedonia.

In addition, for the fifth year in a row, KAM has been declared as a market where, according to consumers, it has the best price-quality ratio. KAM received this award, the Best Buy Award, as a result of the largest number of votes in the survey conducted on the Macedonian market by the Swiss international agency ICERTIAS. Within the same research, KAM was ranked first in the price-quality ratio for the bakeries that are part of the market chain.

Another survey, by "Insider ID", confirms that KAM is the most popular market in Macedonia. And for 2023/24, as well as for the previous six years, KAM has been declared the number 1 preferred market chain in the domestic market. Within the same research, KAM takes first place in the subcategories: highest loyalty, best price-quality ratio, and best location coverage.
