The Joint Stock Company "Ilinden" Struga, in 2023, ranked 154th among the largest and 35th among the most successful companies in North Macedonia.

The company achieved total revenue of 1,918,030,494 denars and profit before tax of 514,886,009 denars .

In percentage terms, revenue growth increased by 60.39% compared to the previous year, while profit before tax growth increased by 195.53%.

With this, the company continued the trend of revenue growth and profit increase.

According to the numbers and financial indicators, 2023 was an extremely favorable year for this Struga construction company.

Two years before that, in 2021, when North Macedonia and the world found themselves in the midst of the crisis caused by the Covid pandemic, the company saw a 0.17% drop in revenue compared to the previous year, and profit was reduced by 32.94% .

In 2022, although North Macedonia was facing unfavorable economic conditions caused by the energy crisis, AD "Ilinden" Struga managed to end the year with positive numbers and return to an upward trend compared to the previous year.

In 2022, profit growth was 8%, and revenue growth was 2.52%, ranking the company 98th on the list of the most successful companies in North Macedonia.

However, positive economic trends and hard work contributed to the fact that the next year, 2023, will be positive for the company and it will jump 63 places on the ranking list of the most successful Macedonian companies.

Continuous growth and quality projects

In addition to the positive parameters in terms of economic indicators, related to revenue and profit growth, if we look at the data from the last 20 years that are included in the graphs and tables of Club 200, it is clear that AD "Ilinden" has also grown in the number of employees.

In 2003, when AD. "Ilinden" became part of the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL companies project, it worked with only 56 employees, in 2023, i.e. 20 years later, the number of employees tripled and the company had an average of about 140 employees.

According to the records in the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia, AD Ilinden is listed as a large entity.

Otherwise, we are talking about a company that, with its long-standing tradition, has become a symbol and pride of the people of Struga.
