What are the basic services offered by Telekabel to its clients?
Telekabel is a company that has been developing its own cable network for 27 years to offer users quality internet, cable television and landline telephony, and since 5 years ago Telekabel also offers mobile telephony. In these 27 years, we managed to set up kilometers long networks in all the cities in which we work, and since a few years ago, in addition to expanding the network to more cities and villages, we are also replacing the old coaxial network with a new optical one. With that, we follow the trend of quality service through the most modern way of connection - optical fiber.

What makes your offer stand out from the offer of the competition on the market?
We offer optical internet with high speeds and the lowest price, so our best-selling package is MKD 600 per month, and for that the user gets unlimited fast and stable internet with speeds of 40/40 Mbps. We install the optical cable to the device at home or business facility, there is no combination with coaxial cable and loss of quality. The connection is free, which means there are no initial costs - you simply call, schedule a connection and enjoy the benefits of optical Internet.
As far as cable television is concerned, we differ in that, only with us, 4 TV receivers can be connected to one subscription in the same facility. The program package is quite diverse and contains well-known world channels, and for sports fans we have all the Arena channels, Sport Club and Eurosport, at no extra charge. For a minimum price of MKD 450, our users get 120 channels with impeccable quality.
In terms of telephony, we offer fixed telephony at the lowest prices, and by choosing our mobile telephony, the user has the opportunity to choose several packages, among which the most popular 160G internet and unlimited calls for only MKD 800 per month.
Apart from quality service, our biggest advantage is customer care. Even when our users sign a contract, that contract is non-binding and can be terminated when the user does not want to use our service, without paying additional costs or penalties.
We do not bind the user with a contract, but that is why all of us at TK commit ourselves to providing quality service at all times - so that the user does not replace us with the competition. The fact that for the entire year 2023, only 6 complaints have been received by the users in AEK against Telekabel, of which 3 have been completed in favor of Telekabel, speaks for our correct relationship. That speaks volumes for our quality, for the fast service and for the care and trust that our users have in us.

How does Telekabel improve its network and infrastructure to provide customers with the best and most stable experience?
We have professional staff who have been part of the Telekabel team for years, many of them since the beginning of the company's establishment. They are very responsible and stable people who experience the company as their own and give their best to move it forward. We follow world trends and new technology, and we work much more in the field than we are present in advertising blocks and unrealistic offers. The fact that we already have 4 cities that are 100% covered by an optical network speaks for the seriousness and expertise of our team. We try and fight for every user, and thus we move the company forward for years.
What is your strategy for supporting customers and solving their problems?
Our motto is "the user is always right", so from there every individual in Telekabel tries to solve every problem of the user. Problems happen, sometimes of a technical nature, sometimes caused by third parties, but we do our best to solve it as quickly as possible. We resolve every objection, complaint or problem in contact with the user and to the satisfaction of both parties. We never see one-sided or the user being harmed, we have an understanding of the condition of our fellow citizens, so our colleagues contact the users and together they approach and solve every problem. Whenever a problem arises that does not depend on Telekabel, and the users of Telekabel suffer, it is pressure first among our employees, so even though it is not up to us, we make interventions and efforts to overcome the problem as quickly as possible. And all this because of the care and support we have towards our users.
What tools are used to measure and evaluate customer satisfaction and how is this information further used to improve your services?
Our biggest advertisement is satisfied customers. When they speak in superlative terms about Telekabel, it brings us new customers. When the number of users grows, there is no need for expensive advertisements, analysis, measurements and evaluations. Telekabel is a domestic company and we solve all prices, packages and requests of the users with many consultations and consideration of all aspects of daily living in the country. Until now, we have succeeded in harmonizing the needs of users with the prices they pay for the services they use from Telekabel. All this is due solely to the management team's ability to make a good assessment and offer realistic prices and packages. In this context, it is worth noting that the price of cable television has not been increased since 2018, despite the fact that in recent years, the drastic increases of all items that depend on the price of the monthly subscription, especially the prices of copyrights, which have been increased for three times more than in 2018.

Does Telekabel plan to introduce new technologies or services in the future, and which ones? What are your plans for market growth and expansion?
We have already offered all services from the telecommunications business to our users.
For the future, our priority is a complete replacement of the network with optics and expansion of the network in several more cities. It is a big investment that is borne by the company and that does not affect the end user, except that he gets better quality. Most of the new network is installed underground, which increases the installation costs drastically. But we are aware that with this project we get a quality network that will be used for years to come without problems caused by external influences, lack of electricity or malfunctions of equipment installed on the network, and thus we expect the costs of interventions and maintenance to be greatly reduced.
3 months ago, Telekabel bought the operator Infel from Ohrid, which made us the largest operator in the territory of the city of Ohrid in terms of number of users and network size. We plan to merge the two networks and expand to several surrounding villages. Our goal is to increase the number of users, maintain quality service and remain the only Macedonian brand among telecommunication operators. And to succeed and continue to be an example of a company that, with its own efforts, manages to rise to the top 200 most successful companies in Macedonia for 16 years in a row, without a blemish in its operations. Let's be an example for young people and give them an opportunity to think that they can see their future here and that with a lot of effort and honest work, you can be successful in Macedonia as well.
