KAM IMOBILIEN is a sister company of the recognizable company KAM DOO , Ilinden, and is part of the Kamchev Group.
As a separate legal entity, KAM IMOBILIEN was established back in 1994, and its main activity is the creation, investment in construction, and management and leasing of the group's real estate.
But, in addition to investing in the construction of facilities for KAM Markets, the company is involved in the construction of attractive business, administrative and commercial buildings that it can then lease out.
Additionally, the construction of such large malls and facilities is of crucial importance for the development of many Macedonian cities, such as Bitola, which has not had a single shopping center for years, or Kocani, where a modern retail park with a SPA center and other significant facilities for visitors is being built.

In the last few years, the company KAM IMOBILIEN has implemented several key projects for the construction of commercial buildings in our country.
KAM IMOBILIEN's commercial and administrative centers are located in several cities in North Macedonia: two commercial centers in Skopje, two in Bitola, an entertainment and recreational center in Ohrid and retail parks in Kumanovo, Kocani, Negotino and Prilep.
Additionally, future projects in other cities across North Macedonia are announced: TC Village Vanja Kamchev - Ohrid, TC Kavadarci, TC Prilep, KAM Gevgelija, TC Radoviš.

KAM IMOBILIEN is part of the family of 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL.
In 2023, the company achieved total revenue of 279,430,718 denars and an increase in profit before tax of 116,473,936 denars .
In percentage terms, the growth in profit before tax , compared to the previous year, is 0.06 % .
In 2023, the company rose to a high 183rd place on the ranking of the most successful companies in North Macedonia, recording a jump of only one position compared to the previous year when it was in 184th place.
The company's position in 2021 was particularly significant, when the company achieved a pre-tax profit growth of 215.93% , which placed it in 60th place on the ranking list of the most successful Macedonian companies.
Unlike its sister company KAM Markets, which operates with more than 1,200 employees, KAM IMOBILIEN achieves great results even though it operates with a relatively small number of employees.
In 2021, when the best results were achieved, the company had only 21 employees, and in 2023 there was a slight increase, amounting to 23 people.
But, as can be seen from the results, the small number of employees is not an obstacle, but on the contrary, it is proof that real results can be achieved when you have a clear vision of how to deploy the right people in the right places, to invest in key projects that will further contribute to greater growth and development of the business idea.
