VARDARGRADBA - LARGE AMONG THE LARGEST
VARDARGRADBA is one of the more serious companies that significantly participates in large-scale construction activities in our market.
The main activity of the company is the construction of hydro-construction facilities and high-rise buildings, as well as the production of construction products, sand, concrete, etc.
They are located in three locations in Skopje: in Trubarevo municipality, Gazi Baba municipality (Administration, Separation, Concrete base), Bardovci branch, Karposh municipality (Separation) and Podzutsul – Govrlevo branch, Sopishte municipality (Limestone quarry).
In 2021, for the 9th time, they were on the list of 200 Most Successful Companies in Macedonia and managed to occupy the 131st place. At the same time, their profit before tax is also growing. The growth compared to 2020 is 23.31%.
"Vardargradba" DOO is a company that, as a legal entity, with its turnover of work and action, is involved in all areas of the environment protection.
In 2014 "Vardargradba" DOO also certified the Environmental Management standard ISO 14001:2004 and in 2017 transition to ISO 14001:2015. .
The overall objective of this international standard is to support the protection of the environment and to prevent the impact of pollution in the air, surface and underground water and in the soil. Such an environmental management system is necessary both at the company level and at the country level, all with the aim of achieving global sustainable development, in the interest of future generations.
So in Vardargradba we have a system of Management of most types of waste:

Handling of municipal waste from the administrative building and installation of "Vardargradba" DOO is done by selecting the waste according to the type of waste and it is stored in separate containers in appropriate places. The amount of generated/delivered waste is duly recorded in the Record Lists for handling waste, prescribed by the legislation of R. of N. Macedonia. In the administrative building, special boxes have been placed for collecting used paper in order to recycle it.
