The company was founded and still exists today under the motto Only the deeds are reality. This proved to be a successful road map and over the years Adora has established itself as one of the most successful companies whose buildings are synonymous with stable, high quality, eco buildings built according to the latest world standards. During these 22 years since the company was established, 40 residential and commercial buildings have been built, not only in Macedonia, but also in Serbia and Greece. The total area on which Adora's buildings are spread is 400,000 m2.

The most famous projects that are the work of Adora Engineering are Adora Flatiron and Diamond Garden in Skopje and 21st Century Zlatibor By Adora in Zlatibor.

Adora Flatiron is located in the heart of Skopje, just a few minutes from the city center. Adora Flatiron is a grand residential-business complex that immediately became recognizable for the city, and almost all of the important institutions are located nearby.

The Adora Diamond Garden, also known as the largest indoor residential garden in Southeast Europe, is also the work of the skilled hands of Adora Engineering. Another residential-business building located in an urban location in Skopje surrounded by educational, sports facilities, hospitality facilities and shopping centers. Adora Diamond Garden received the title of the largest indoor garden for housing because of the 5.5 tons of plants that are located in the building. In addition, the location offers an open view of the famous Vodno, Shar Mountains and the river Vardar, so it represents an ideal urban oasis for living and working.

In Serbia, Adora devoted herself to the construction of a hedonistic aparthotel in the famous Zlatibor. Located in the rich natural beauty of this mountain, the 21st century hotel is a true masterpiece with an abundance of hotel facilities and services that provide visitors with a truly enjoyable vacation.

In the last few years, Adora has also been active in the Greek market, where it has built several properties in some of the most famous seaside holiday locations such as Kassandra in Halkidiki and the island of Thassos.
