Comfy Angel specializes in the production of filled bedding and have many different qualities and designs of fabric available.

Mainly using synthetic materials, they produce pillows, duvets, throws, mattress covers, sleeping bags and all types of bedding. In addition to regular lines, they also manufacture specific products such as waterproof, anti-allergenic and fire-resistant items.

Capacity

They have a large on-site capacity and a monthly capacity of up to 400,000 pillows, 120,000 quilts, 200,000 mattress protectors, 160,000 units of bedding, along with 140,000 pieces of in-house designed packaging. they can increase production by +30% within 4 weeks.

Their location in Prilep is about 22500 m² and they have about 1000 employees.

ISO standards

They operate to ISO 9001:2015 equivalent standards and comply with UK health and safety legislation, and have received the highest possible rating in an internationally recognized technical and ethical audit.

Their factory is Oeko-Tex and BSCI accredited. They have also passed Intertek ICS social and ethical audits with the highest marks, as well as numerous other UK retailer audit accreditations. (SGS, Intertek, SMETA).

Currently exporting to most countries in Europe, such as the United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Germany, Croatia, Slovenia, Poland, Serbia, Italy, Malta, Greece, Austria, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Netherlands, Romania, Denmark, Estonia, Sweden, Finland etc. and from non-European countries to Brazil and Kuwait, with a tendency for even greater expansion. They have a small local market that they are also looking to expand.
