Rade Končar TEP is a company with about 75 years of tradition in the metalworking and electrical industry, both in North Macedonia and in other Balkan countries. It is part of the "Rade Končar" brand and traces its roots back to the beginning of the second half of the last century.

In 2024, Rade Končar TEP employed around 80 people , according to data from the Central Register of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Of the total number of employees, 30 people are top mechanical and electrical engineers, and 10 of them were trained in Japan , in Tokyo and Osaka.

They are constantly working to find the most appropriate and cost-effective solutions for our needs, but also for the needs of the company's partners and customers.

The company uses the Japanese philosophy and business strategy KAIZEN in its operations, which focuses on continuous, gradual process improvements , involving all employees - from top management to workers on the production line.

Its goal is to eliminate waste, improve quality, and increase efficiency through small, everyday changes, rather than through radical and imposed changes from the top of the organization.

In other words, at Rade Končar TEP, the ideas of clients, employees in the field, and the company's management are of equal importance, which in itself creates ideal conditions for work, innovation, but also for building long-term and quality partnership relationships with clients.

In its many years of operation, Rade Končar TEP continuously cooperates with educational and scientific institutions in the country.

Thanks to such collaborations, the company offers young students the opportunity to become familiar with the practical work that will later be required of them in the field, even during their studies.

Given that this is a company that involves high-risk professions, Rade Končar TEP invests significant resources in ensuring appropriate conditions for occupational safety.

In 2023, the company was the winner of the prestigious award for the company with the best implemented occupational health and safety system.

The award was personally presented by the Minister, Ms. Jovanka Trenčevska, on the occasion of the European Week for Safety and Health at Work.

The company holds a quality management system certificate ISO 9001:2008, an environmental management certificate ISO 14001:2004, BS OHSAS 18001:2007, as well as the Excellent SME Macedonia recognition.

Additionally, the company received an Environmental Responsibility Award in 2009 from the Center for Institutional Development – CIRA.

In 2024, TEP Rade Končar ranked 186th on the ranking of the most successful Macedonian companies.

The company achieved total revenue of 736,863,016 denars and profit before tax of 127,376,189 denars.
