Makedonski Telekom confirmed its position as one of the most significant corporate systems in the country in 2024, achieving total revenue of 12.45 billion denars and profit before tax of 2.72 billion denars. The company recorded revenue growth of 3.38%, while profit before tax increased by 8.69%, indicating stable operational efficiency and continued profitability.

In the 2025 edition of the 200 Largest and Most Successful, Makedonski Telekom ranks 12th in terms of total revenue and a high 3rd in terms of profit before tax. With an average of 944 employees, the company remains one of the largest employers in the telecommunications sector and an important driver of the digital transformation in the country.

In addition to financial results, Makedonski Telekom continued its strong presence in the area of ESG initiatives and social responsibility in 2025 and 2026. The company continued its long-standing support of the Macedonian handball team for the 2025 World Championship, emphasizing the importance of sport as a factor for national unification and motivation.

At the same time, Telekom implemented several humanitarian and social initiatives. On the occasion of March 8, an action was launched to support women - victims of domestic violence, through donations in cooperation with the Crisis Center "Hope" and the platform "Op-op". The company also highlighted its environmental agenda through actions for the collection of old electronic devices, recycling and education of young people on the reduction of electronic waste.

In the area of culture and youth initiatives, Makedonski Telekom was a supporter of the "Slavisa Kajevski" summer stage, which in 2025 also took on a humanitarian character, with funds intended to support those injured in the tragedy in Kocani.

As part of the Deutsche Telekom Group, the company is also actively participating in global climate neutrality efforts. In 2026, it was announced that the group had achieved climate neutrality in its own operations, reducing emissions by more than 94% compared to 2017. Makedonski Telekom contributes to these goals through investments in energy efficiency, the circular economy and environmental initiatives, including the reforestation of the Jasen area after the forest fires of 2025.
