As is already well known, the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL edition, apart from the presentation and ranking of the best companies, also contains a large number of additional analyzes and comparisons. One of them is the ranking of companies according to their activities.

The list of the most successful companies for 2022 from the wholesale and retail trade industry with the subcategory – trade of motor vehicles included: PORSCHE MACEDONIA, MAK AUTOSTAR, EUROIMPEX, AVTONOVA, MA TRUST and M-CAR.

As the most successful company from this activity in 2022 is the company MAK AUTOSTAR DOOEL, Skopje. They achieved a total profit before taxation of 4.993.809 euro and a growth in it of 31% compared to 2021. Immediately below them in the second position is the company MA TRUST DOO, Skopje, which is located in the same building as MAK AUTOSTAR. We can also see an exceptional growth in profit with them, by as much as 104% compared to 2021.

3rd place went to AVTONOVA DOO, Skopje. The profit achieved for 2022 was 2.708.940 euros. Citroën is a constant innovator. From the first Citroën cars to the brand's involvement in the World Rally Championship, through new hybrid models or concept cars, almost 100 years of history have been built there.

PORSCHE MACEDONIA DOOEL, Skopje, comes in 4th place. Porsche is a regular member of the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESFFUL edition. Porsche Macedonia is a company that represents the automotive brands Volkswagen, Audi, Škoda, SEAT, Porsche and Volkswagen commercial vehicles. Present on the Macedonian market since the end of 2005, it is the only importer in the country directly owned by the car manufacturer - Volkswagen AG. In 2022, they increased their profit by 29% and their rank on the list of the most successful companies from 123rd to 109th.

M-CAR was ranked 5th among the most successful companies. This is the first year they are on the list of 200 largest and most successful companies. It is a feature of the successful operation of the company in the last year. They achieved a total profit before taxation of  2.242.483 euros.

Immediately below them, EUROIMPEX DOO, Skopje, is not far behind. After the independence of Macedonia, Euroimpex is the first private company whose operations are focused on trade in cars and light category motor vehicles. Throughout all these years, through continuous dealing with external and internal factors that had an impact on operations, as well as through the process of active learning, Euroimpex has grown into a company highly positioned on the market, continuously present in the list of the 200 most successful companies in Macedonia.
