Companies engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings are not absent from our lists every year, and it can be said that they are quite successful.

11 companies from the subcategory of construction of residential and non-residential buildings were on the list ranked according to the total profit before taxation.

From the displayed data for these companies, we note that ADORA ENGINEERING DOOEL has achieved the largest total profit, with an impressive 6.978.830 euros. They also recorded a growth of 144.89% in their profit compared to last year.

Below them on the list is the company RAPID BUILD DOO Kumanovo with a profit of 3.756.986 euros, and the 3rd place is occupied by the company GOLDEN ART DOO Skopje, which, after a one-year break, managed to find itself on the list of the 200 most successful companies in Macedonia again. The 4th and 5th place among the most successful construction companies went to SIM INZINERING DOO Strumica and NASTEL DOO Skopje.

The company STENTON GRADBA DOO was also on the list of the most successful construction companies, for which this is the 8th year in a row that they have been among the most successful. They managed to increase their profit before tax, expressed through a growth of 7.29%. Both the profit and the number of employees in Stenton Gradba are increasing from year to year, thus the number of employees in 2021 was 132, while in 2022 there were 154 average number of employees.

We can also notice growth when we take the industry of construction of residential and non-residential buildings as a whole. Namely, the companies from this industry in 2021 achieved a total profit before taxation of 23,921,424 euros, while for 2022 it amounted to 30,232,603 euros. That represents a percentage growth of 26.39%.
