WIK represents a foreign direct investment that was legally established in Macedonia as part of the WIK group in 2016.
WIK Group was established in the early 1950s in Germany as a manufacturer of electrical appliances that has grown into a global manufacturer that has designed and developed various system solutions and produced millions of products.
Thanks to 6000 employees, including 350 engineers, the company managed to become a global manufacturer and service provider of many leading international brands.
In order to meet the demands of their global customers for innovation in a highly competitive market, they added a new factory in Prilep, North Macedonia. This provides additional geographic flexibility and competitiveness to their customers.
In 2022, WIK MAKEDONIJA was listed among the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL for the 2nd year in a row. They managed to take the 152nd place on the list of the largest and 90th place on the list of the most successful companies for the year. They see a growth in their total revenue of 31.1% compared to the year before that.
