Today, the company's main activity is Wholesale of sugar, chocolate and sugar sweets, but there are various product brands in its portfolio, including snacks and dairy products.

The company carries out its distribution and logistics activity with the help of over 300 employees, and is located in its own facilities on an area of 30,000 m2. As part of the distribution center, there is an administrative building, a fleet of 128 vehicles and 2 warehouse facilities with an area of 8,662 m2, and one of the warehouses also has a freezer section.

Alma-M is a company that constantly invests and strives for growth and development, hence the success in operations during the past 32 years since its existence, and with its actions it influences and transforms the business environment and raises the quality of operations to a higher level.

As one of the driving forces on the market, Alma-M has been part of the largest and most successful companies since 2003. Initially, it entered among the largest companies in 2003 with a total income of MKD 271 million, and from the following year, among the most successful with realized profit before taxation of MKD 38.9 million. Now these numbers are significantly higher, so Alma-M already achieves more than 10 times higher income on an annual level. The year 2022 also ended successfully, with MKD 2.9 million in total income and MKD 99 million in profit before taxation. The average number of employees, on the other hand, was 316 people.
