The same as with the banks, in this edition we also present the insurance companies from North Macedonia. The ranking is done according to two criteria, i.e. according to the gross written premium and according to the profit before taxation.

The largest insurance companies in Macedonia are ranked according to the realized gross written premium in the year of calculation. On the first place of this list is TRIGLAV INSURANCE AD, Skopje. They are ranked number 1 on the list of the largest insurance companies for 11 years in a row now, since 2011. This year they achieved a gross written premium of 1,332,870,757 denars and a profit before taxation of 33,584,231 denars.

In the second position is EUROLINK INSURANCE AD, Skopje, with realized gross written premium of 1,124,297,921 denars and profit before taxation of 101,831,409 denars.

The third place for 2021 is occupied by UNIKA AD, Skopje with gross written premium of 1,023,455,992.

Among the most successful ones, we have a different ranking in the first 3 ranked insurance companies. Specifically, EUROLINK INSURACE AD, Skopje, which also marked their 20th anniversary this past year, was in the first position. Then the second place is taken by KROACIA INSURANCE AD, Skopje, and right behind them is AD OSIGURITELNA POLISA, Skopje.
