The first public company among these five was JP za drzavni patisтa with a total revenue of MKD 13.1 billion, which ranked 12th on the list of the largest. JP za drzavni patisтa is also the only public enterprise that was ranked among the most successful companies, and in 2nd place with a realized profit before taxation of MKD 3.7 billion. These are impressive numbers for the company as they represent a large growth compared to 2021, a 44.75% increase in total revenue and a 148.03% increase in pre-tax profit.

Next is JP Nacionalni sumi, which with a total income of MKD 1.7 billion ranked 165th on the list of the largest. The increase compared to 2021 was as much as 1096%. However, its profit was significantly lower, in the amount of MKD 50.6 million, and the company is not part of the 200 most successful.

In third place was JSP Skopje with a total income of MKD 1.7 billion, ranked as the 170th largest company. JSP Skopje also has the highest growth in total revenues, 1216% compared to 2021.

They are followed by JP Vodovod i kanalizacija, ranked 179th on the list of the largest companies, with a total revenue of MKD 1.64 billion. The profit before taxation of JP Vodovod i kanalizacija amounted to MKD 6.9 million.

The last company was the public enterprise JP za odrzuvanje I zastita na magistralni I regionalni patista with a total income of MKD 1.62 billion, ranked 185th on the list of the largest.

In terms of the number of employees, the first place is taken by JP Nacionalni sumi with 1921 employees. Then there is JSP Skopje with 1265 employees, JP Vodovod i kanalizacija with 1202 employees, JP za odrzuvanje I zastita na magistralni I regionalni patista with 806 employees and the last one is JP za drzavni patista with 356 employees.
