Last year, the edition included two wineries, the largest and most successful in Macedonia - Tikves Winery and Ezimit Vino winery.

VV Tikves is also considered to be the oldest Macedonian winery that has existed for 139 years, and its wines are world famous. The company expanded its activities in France, so today Tikves produces wines not only from the Tikves region but also from specific micro-locations in France. In 2022, it ranked 99th on the list of the largest companies according to the total revenue it achieved, while on the list of the most successful it takes the 76th place according to the realized profit before taxation. Compared to the previous year, Tikves, with a total income of MKD 2.9 billion and profit before tax of MKD 210 million, recorded an increase in income of 40.5% and profit of 26.5%.

For Ezimit Vino, 2022 was also a successful year and the company was ranked among the most successful for the second time in terms of pre-tax profit. With a profit in the amount of MKD 103 million, which compared to 2021 has increased by as much as 70.59%, Ezimit Vino ranked as the 170th company on the list of the most successful companies. The total income that the company registered during 2022 was MKD 218.7 million. Ezimit Vino produces wine from its own vineyards from the Macedonian climate, and has been on the market for 30 years.
