The top wines that are the result of the perfect combination of the earth, the sky, the sun, the best grapes from the Tikvesh region and the most modern technology and knowledge of the wine masters, proudly represent "Tikvesh" and the Tikvesh region, which since 1885 has been the symbol of the centuries-old wine tradition in Macedonia.

Since 2009, VV Tikveš has been a regular participant in the 200 Largest and Successful edition almost every year. They noted successful results for 2022, with growth in total revenue as well as in their total profit before tax. The growth in the revenue was 40.5% and growth in pre-tax profit by 26.5% compared to the year before. Along with that, they were ranked 99th on the list of the largest and 76th on the list of the most successful companies for 2022.

As part of the 130th anniversary celebration, in 2015, VV "Tikveš" opened a digital museum dedicated to the art of creating top quality wine in Macedonia. The photos and information that make up the digital museum are available on the Tikvesh website.

In November 2018, "Tikveš" expanded to the international market by taking over the French winery "Château de Gourdon" forming the joint brand platform "Tikveš Châteaux & Domaines".

Not long ago, Tikvesh Winery participated in SuperWine, the most prestigious wine event in Southeast Europe, at Buddha-Bar Beach Porto Montenegro, which brought together leading wineries and wine lovers from the region and beyond.
