The beginnings of the company date back in 2000 when it was founded under the name Special Hospital for Surgical Diseases "Philip II", and after 16 years the hospital moved to a new, own facility with a much larger capacity and received the name Zan Mitrev Clinic as it is known today.

It is a sophisticated, modern medical center that has complete diagnostic procedures in most medical branches and is one of the most famous in the region. Since its foundation, the hospital has received numerous awards and recognitions, at the national and global level, which only further speak of the quality of medical services and the team working under the auspices of K.B. Zan Mitrev.

The main goal of the company is to contribute to the improvement of health through best possible care for its patients and the commitment of the medical staff.

It can be noted that despite certain declines in some of the years, the results of the operation show a growing trend according to both criteria, so the company ended 2021 with MKD 2 billion in total revenue and MKD 614.5 million in profit before tax and ranked as 104th largest and 23rd most successful company.
