The project named 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL can be observed from many aspects: as an affirmative of the management of the main driving forces of the Macedonian market and a detailed overview of their management, an indicator of the general economic situation in our region, a manual that simplifies the communication between the elite companies in the country and further, which also contributes to the attractiveness of the Macedonian market when it comes to the foreign investors. Behind this idea there was a clear mission and ambition for the realization of this innovative project - a pioneer in this field and still unique in its publishing form, with a vision that dates back to 2003 when the economist Tome Talevski hired a team of young highly enthusiased and hard working professionals who were able to realize this idea which uniqueness and intrigue immediately found the support of the Ministry of Economy and established a cooperation with the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia.

The 1st edition of the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL published in 2004.

The primary idea of the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL was to publish a detailed overview in English and Macedonian language of the financial and business operations of the “giants” of the Macedonian market and divide them in two segments - largest and most successful, using their PBT, growth of the PBT, total revenue, growth of the revenue and average number of employees as parameters for the ranking list.

By the fourth publication, the edition enriches its content by including a list of the largest and most successful companies in the region: The Republic of Serbia, Croatia and Slovenia. That being said, the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL established itself as the only publication that offers regional information of this kind.

The 10th jubilee edition of 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL

In 2014 was realized the digital project - Club 200 - a platform of informative character for the current economic news and business operations. The platform also offers an opportunity for exclusive membership of the companies that are being ranked as largest and most successful, which simplifies their exchange of information, knowledge and experience. The same year both 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL and 200 CLUB are gaining a trademark.

By 2021, 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL has established a cooperation with the vast majority of the companies that have formed part of the rank-lists through the years, and the preparations of the 18th edition are underway. This year 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL is expected to affirm its curriculum and brand status with a personal certificate.
