The company started with a mini technology and a few employees, during its operation adapting to modern dynamic trends to achieve further development and market needs, achieves a strong rise and grows into a top production capacity in the metal industry, including all elements of craft-finishing works, as well as production of part of the necessary process technological equipment.

ACTIVA has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and two years in the production of automotive components. In 1999, the company was registered in the trade register. In 2014, ACTIVA Automotive was founded as a manufacturer of body and chassis components that provides products and services with superior quality on schedule and at a competitive price. The year 2017 was completed with the expansion of the existing production plant and the doubling of the capacities of the work and employers.

For 2021, they managed to record the 152nd place among the largest and 172nd place among the most successful companies in Macedonia. Namely, it represents a realized total income of 1,486,087,432 denars and a realized total profit before taxation of 132,872,437 denars. It can be noted that they see a growth in total revenue of 2.85%.

ACTIVA invested in the quality management system, which is an important factor for the company's success due to the new opportunities that the system opens up for cooperation with world leaders. In this direction, the company has the highest standards in the metal production industry.

The company is the beneficiary of a measure from the Law on Financial Support of Investments for a five-year investment project started in 2018, with a value of 5 million euros and they have 580 employees.

In 2018, the company restructured its ownership, moved to a new location, where it put into operation its new, modern and well-equipped steel production facility for steel structures with a monthly capacity of over 1,000 tons.

In November 2022, the President of the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia, Dimitar Kovacevski visited "Aktiva". He pointed out that the support of companies in the implementation of new investment projects and in strengthening their competitiveness is their determination, because in this way the economic growth and development of the country is strengthened, the GDP grows, and the standard of living of the citizens is ultimately raised.

Zoran Ilievski, on the other hand, the manager of "Aktiva" said that they continuously increase production and employees and export to "Thiessen Krupp", "Van Hool" and "Fastglobal Solution".
