In 2024, Adora Engineering ranked 71st on the ranking list of the most successful Macedonian companies , thus once again showing that it is at the top of the ranking of the most successful construction companies in North Macedonia.

According to data from the Central Registry of the Republic of North Macedonia, the company generated total revenue of MKD 426,631,076 and a pre-tax profit of MKD 288,232,945.

In percentage terms, the company recorded a revenue growth of 3.03 % and a pre-tax profit growth of 37.13 % , which ensured a jump of 18 positions in the ranking of the most successful Macedonian companies.

Adora is a company that has proven for decades that it intends to remain firmly positioned as a leader in high-rise construction, both in our country and in the region, and proof of this is the large number of quality-implemented projects.

In its 24-year existence, the company has undergone a series of ups and downs, but thanks to the quality management and successful leadership of the company by Prof. Dr. Vancho Chifliganec, Adora Engineering shows and proves that even in unfavorable business conditions, positive results can be created, if you know exactly where to redirect your energy.

Such is the example in the last few years when, due to the moratorium on the construction of buildings in the Centar municipality in Skopje, the company was forced to take its business activities outside the borders, that is, to concentrate much more on external projects, which resulted in several high-quality and representative buildings, which are the work of this top Macedonian company.

In addition to building high-quality, solid, seismically stable homes with standardized quality, according to the latest trends in high-rise construction, the company also has a strong presence on the market in Serbia and Greece.

Adora Engineering's buildings in Greece

Thessaloniki, Thassos, Halkidiki... These are some of the locations in neighboring Greece where Adora Engineering has successfully implemented projects.

In Thessaloniki, Adora's building is called Thessaloniki 21 , and is located in an extremely attractive, easily accessible location, in a shopping area with brand boutiques, universities, restaurants and travel agencies. At the same time, the building is located near the picturesque seaside promenade "Tsimitski" and the central square "Aristotelou", just 500 meters from the port of Thessaloniki "Limani".

In 2021, Adora Engineering completed another capital project in Greece, namely the B&D LUXURY SUITES tourist complex.
