"Kromberg & Schubert" is part of the global Kromberg & Schubert group, whose specialty is the production of cable harnesses for the automotive industry, and has two factories in North Macedonia: in Bitola and Skopje.
"Kromberg & Schubert" Bitola has been part of the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL family for years.
The factory in Bitola's "Zhabeni" industrial zone began the production process in 2012, and ten years later, the company expanded production and in 2022 opened its second factory in the "Ilinden" industrial zone in Skopje.
In its existence of about 13 years in our country, "Kromberg & Schubert" is one of the largest employers in North Macedonia, contributing to the development of the Macedonian economy, but also helping to reduce the unemployment rate in the country.
For years, our staff has had the opportunity to work on projects for automotive giants such as Mercedes, Audi , Volkswagen, BMW, Škoda , etc.
The company's operational processes include four business units in cable manufacturing, On-board networks, plastic technology and mechatronics.
In 2013, when the company became part of the 200 LARGEST AND SUCCESSFUL family , the number of employees was 620, and 10 years later, in 2023, "Kromberg & Schubert" means a secure existence for 6,858 employees, only in the Bitola factory.
For years, the factory of this German giant in North Macedonia has been one of the largest employers in our country, known for taking special care of its employees.

The opening of foreign investments in North Macedonia largely meant a change in the conditions for employees and an improvement in the conditions for employees in the industry.
Thus, the Kromberg and Schubert factory made a great contribution to the development of industrial culture in our country.

"Kromberg & Schubert" in 2023 achieved total revenue of 21,688,754,079 denars and profit before tax of 371,175,103 denars.
In percentage terms, in terms of total revenues, the company achieved growth of 40.82 % compared to the previous year 2022, and the growth in profit before tax was 30.32 %.
With these figures, the company has once again shown that it remains one of the most stable companies in our country, which contributes greatly to the development of the Macedonian economy - both through direct employment of people and through cooperation with a large number of other Macedonian companies.
