As we notice from the data, and as expected, the largest number of companies that are on the lists of the 200 largest and most successful have their headquarters in Skopje. Thus, as many as 128 of the largest companies (ranked by total revenue) are from Skopje; and 123 of the most successful companies (ranked by total profit before tax). This means that the largest companies from Skopje participate with 64% in the total number of the list of 200, and the most successful also from Skopje participate with 61.5% in the total number of companies.

The representation of the largest in the first 5 ranked cities after Skopje can be seen in Strumica - with 10 companies, then Kavadarci with 7, Prilep also with 7 and Bitola with 6 companies on the list of the largest companies.

Among the most successful, apart from Skopje as number 1, Bitola follows with 13 companies, then Kavadarci with 7, Strumica with 6 companies and Tetovo also with 6 companies present on the list of most successful companies for 2021.
