DAUTI-KOMERC is a company whose beginnings date back to the 90s of the last century.

Thanks to persistent and persistent work, loyalty to partners and employees, today it is a successful conglomerate positioned in four Balkan countries: North Macedonia, Kosovo, Montenegro and Albania.

Namely, in 2023, "Dauti-komerc" achieved total revenue of 4,452,665,949 denars and profit before tax of 139,368,695 denars.

Percentage-wise, the company ended 2023 with revenue growth of 22.44%.

Secure livelihood for over 400 employees

The company has 4 state-of-the-art distribution centers, as well as several other sectors that contribute to the company's growth.

The company's main activity is the distribution of products from domestic and international brands throughout North Macedonia, in Montenegro, Kosovo and Albania, but also in European countries.

As explained on their website, the company's organizational structure is divided between four distribution centers and their employees:

  • Central warehouse "Dauti-komerc - Import and Distribution" Skopje - Saraj, imports and distributes famous world brands to the organized trade network: warehouses, supermarket chains and markets.
  • "Dauti-komerc - Cash&Carry", in Skopje - Saraj, Tetovo and Struga, supplies the domestic market, i.e. our consignors - small and medium-sized enterprises, with goods.
  • The company also carries out microdistribution, or so-called street sales, i.e. delivery of goods to the smallest retail outlets in all regions of North Macedonia.

The company currently has 1,800 consignors, who sell exclusively their goods – and this does not only mean the products that are packaged and bear the " DAUTI " logo, but also those of their partners.

"Dauty-Komerc" means a secure existence for about 405 employees on average.

This number of employees is in no way to be underestimated, especially considering that North Macedonia has been struggling with its workforce in the last few years and a large number of employers are forced to import workers from other countries.

Thanks to the equal conditions for advancement that the company offers regardless of their religious, national or ethnic affiliation, members of all ethnic groups and communities in North Macedonia work at DAUTI-KOMERC, and they all contribute equally to its success.
